The annual conference, on the theme of “Applying Comparative Education”, was held on Saturday January 26 2002 at the City University of Hong Kong. The event was hosted by the Comparative Education Policy Research Unit.
The conference was well attended, with around 60 participants, and there were 26 paper/panel presentations. Mark Bray was the keynote speaker. The traditional conference lunch was the social highlight of the day, and participants declared the annual conference a success: “…delighted to have seen [CESHK] flourishing so well on Saturday” “Thanks for a great day.
